Donations

Like many of the other recently organized Aging in Place Villages, CFS-TIPS expects to rely on individual, family, business and foundation donations to fund approximately 40% of the initial costs of our programs and services. This reliance on donations will decrease overtime as membership increases. It is estimated that membership will have to exceed 400-500 household and individual memberships to attain self sufficiency. It is anticipated that these donations will cover operating expenses as well as special opportunities and needs.

CFS-TIPS welcomes donations large and small. Your donation is an investment in the health and well-being of older adults, helping them to have the confidence and support and assistance they require to continue living in their own homes and communities.

Like many newly organized charitable non-profit organizations, our start up costs are significant. Because of this we need donation assistance early on to assist in meeting operational costs until memberships reach 400-500.

Here is how you can help. We need financial support to get Clifton/Fairfax Station Transition in Place Services off the ground. Please make a contribution to the organization.

You can contribute by mail to:
CFS-TIPS, Inc.

Fairfax Station, VA 22039-2430
